Merino Superwash Sock Yarn- Sangre Sunset Colorway

All of our yarn is hand dyed in small batches. Each skein is one of a kind. While we strive to be as consistent with our dye recipes as possible, we encourage you to begin skein alternations 5-6 rows ahead of transition time when working a piece with multiple skeins.

Superwash Sock has a standard construction of 4/16nm with 400m (437 yds) per 100g. Made with 75% Superwashed Merino wool and 25% Nylon, the merino fibres have been specially treated before being spun to enable it to be machine washable. The merino is combined with a smaller percentage of nylon giving the knitted fabric extra durability and strength making it harder wearing. The yarn is perfect for socks but can equally can be knitted into scarves, shawls or even baby garments which will feel soft next to the skin due to the fine micron merino used.
